Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund Eligibility
- If the purchased course is not assigned to you within the expiration period (calculated from your date of purchase)
- In case of duplicate payment for the same course
Non-Refundable Circumstances
All digital course purchases are final unless they meet the above-mentioned eligibility criteria. We cannot accommodate refund requests for:
- Change of personal circumstances
- Dissatisfaction with course content
- Partial course completion
- Account access issues (we will help restore access instead)
Refund Process
Eligible refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team within 7 days of the issue occurring. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days after approval.
