Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Eligibility

  • If the purchased course is not assigned to you within the expiration period (calculated from your date of purchase)
  • In case of duplicate payment for the same course

Non-Refundable Circumstances

All digital course purchases are final unless they meet the above-mentioned eligibility criteria. We cannot accommodate refund requests for:

  • Change of personal circumstances
  • Dissatisfaction with course content
  • Partial course completion
  • Account access issues (we will help restore access instead)

Refund Process

Eligible refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team within 7 days of the issue occurring. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days after approval.
